• Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding and interpreting client needs to help tailor solutions that meet their expectations. • Consultation and Planning: Work with clients and internal teams to help construct project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal capabilities. • Project Oversight: Support internal processes to ensure project plans are executed according to specifications and deadlines. • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in providing support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively use the technology. • Issue Resolution: Help address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust. • Data Processing: Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data.
