• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex, aging, or high-priority cases within an assigned book of business, monitoring case status and proactively resolving issues that impact turnaround time, quality, or client satisfaction • Communicate directly with clients on escalated matters, providing timely updates, resolution plans, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in compliance with client requirements and internal procedures • Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance management for Records Retrieval Specialists, identifying trends and addressing gaps in productivity and quality • Support onboarding and training of new RRS team members and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality work • Review and manage aging orders within defined timelines, conduct quality reviews of retrieval activity, and identify process inefficiencies with actionable improvement recommendations • Analyze performance data and case metrics to identify risks and trends, track KPIs, and deliver regular status reports to the Records Collection Department Manager • Partner with the Department Manager, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and client services to ensure alignment on priorities, procedures, and client expectations

• Administer and support Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms and dependent applications • Own platform health and operations (upgrades, configuration, integrations, dependencies) • Engineer and support the Windows Server infrastructure underpinning eDiscovery platforms • Maintain required components for availability/resilience (Windows, SQL, analytics, etc.) • Troubleshoot complex cross-stack issues (application, network, storage, clustering, OS) • Partner with virtualization, storage, network, and security teams on performance and scalability • Provide guidance on architecture, capacity planning, and infrastructure best practices • Lead or contribute to large-scale migration initiatives for Relativity • Document migration strategies, lessons learned, and repeatable approaches for future initiatives • Provide SQL Server support as it relates to Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms • Serve as a senior escalation resource for platform, infrastructure, and application issues impacting eDiscovery operations • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for eDiscovery platforms and infrastructure • Support security and compliance requirements related to eDiscovery platforms and supporting infrastructure

• Utilize a wide array of forensic tools, including Cellebrite, FTK, and other industry-leading platforms and open-source solutions, to extract, analyze, and interpret digital artifacts. • Meticulously identify, preserve, and collect digital evidence in a forensically sound manner. • Prepare detailed forensic investigation reports, including findings, methodologies, and recommendations for remediation. • Provide testimony as an expert witness during legal proceedings, if required.
