Iron Mountain
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to expand Iron Mountain's footprint, continuously prospecting to secure net new clients and grow existing accounts. • Assess unique customer needs to position alternative, value-driven solutions, clearly articulating Iron Mountain's competitive advantages, strengths, and pricing models. • Build and influence strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers, aligning unique organizational insights with key customer priorities. • Maintain a consistent, predictable sales pipeline by tracking all activities within Salesforce, managing timely and detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and conducting ongoing competitive market research. • Lead the end-to-end negotiation process for solution proposals, pricing structures, profitability, liability, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to successfully meet and exceed sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic account management, complex sales processes, and solution selling.
- Strong knowledge of vertical market business challenges, macro/microeconomic climates, and emerging industry trends in information management.
- Proven ability in advanced sales methodologies, such as Challenger Selling and Power Messaging , to effectively challenge assumptions and create demand in complex environments.
- A 4-year College Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to team effectively at all levels of personnel, including executive leadership (C-suite).
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
