Chief Development Officer
RAINN
• Update, implement, and manage a comprehensive multi-channel development strategy to grow funding from major donors, individual donors, corporations, foundations, and planned giving • Set and meet ambitious annual revenue goals and multi-year fundraising campaign targets • Manage performance measures, dashboards, and reporting structures to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising efforts across all channels • Represent RAINN to donors, prospects, fundraising volunteers, and the public • Manage and grow a robust major gifts program, personally cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects • Identify new potential board members who have fundraising capacity; work closely with existing board members to help them meet give/get goals
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior nonprofit development role overseeing a multi-channel revenue program
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage successful long-term strategic fundraising plans
- Superior management skills with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing development teams
- Comfort and fluency in a technologically sophisticated fundraising environment, including CRM platforms, online giving tools, and data analytics

• Schedule New Patient Appointments • Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system • Fill in vacancies with New Patients • Collect, verify, and organize patient intake information accurately • Support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits, including basic tech troubleshooting • Maintain clear communication with clinicians and other internal teams • Proactively address and overcome appointment cancellations by re-engaging patients or offering alternate options • Document all interactions and updates in our EMR system promptly • Follow up with patients as needed to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction
• You will be the first point of contact—an essential guide who blends a supportive, patient-first approach with a proactive engagement mindset. • Conduct initial consultations and comprehensive assessments, clearly communicating the life-changing value of our medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments. • Orchestrate seamless care journeys, coordinating critical sessions between patients, their caregivers, our expert medical team, and external care team members. • Reach out to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain Isaac Health’s services and offerings • Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns • Take the medical history from patients or their caregivers • Schedule and coordinate appointments • Assist patients with technology and other questions
• Identifies, develops and maintains long term collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory • Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to present approved scientific data of varying levels of complexity to internal and external customers • Shares appropriate approved clinical/technical information in a timely manner with the appropriate functional teams and other internal personnel • Utilizes advanced clinical and technical expertise in contacts with External Experts • Provides constructive feedback to speakers regarding accuracy and delivery of approved presentations and adherence to Compliance Policies • Fully understands and complies with Lantheus Medical Imaging Pharmacovigilance SOPs regarding Adverse Events • Identifies potential investigators for investigator sponsored trials following approved processes
