Senior Product Manager
SuperSummary
Role Description SuperSummary is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives from end to end — owning strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes in a fast-moving, AI-native product environment. This is a high-agency role for someone who can execute independently and collaborate extensively to deliver outsized results. The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition with deep analytical rigor. You don't wait to be handed a well-scoped problem — you identify the highest-leverage questions, build conviction through research and analysis, and translate complex findings into clear direction for cross-functional teams. We're looking for someone who brings genuine AI fluency to their craft — who has shipped AI-powered features, thinks creatively about what's now possible, and uses agentic tools to move faster independently. If you can take an ill-defined problem space and build a systematic, repeatable engine for delivering user and business value, this is the role for you. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience at innovative, high-growth companies with a demonstrated track record of shipping impactful products. - Deep analytical skills – able to independently investigate product questions using data. - Hands-on AI fluency – demonstrated experience shipping products that incorporate AI or ML capabilities. - Proficiency with agentic coding and AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor). - Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy. - Strong product intuition and intellectual curiosity. - Familiarity with Continuous Discovery frameworks and structured user research methodologies. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to work remotely and cross-functionally. Requirements - Own the strategic roadmap and OKRs for your product area. - Drive product strategy in close partnership with executive leadership. - Identify and champion net-new product concepts. - Make prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. - Be accountable for delivering measurable returns from product investments. - Own product analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Metabase). - Design and execute rigorous experiments with sound methodology. - Apply analytical competencies across growth loops, funnel and cohort analysis. - Develop deep user empathy through regular qualitative research. - Lead cross-functional teams to identify and specify solutions to customer problems. - Translate strategy into detailed requirements. - Design and iterate on PLG loops that deliver core product value. - Partner with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategy. - Proactively identify and size adjacent market opportunities. - Bring hands-on AI fluency to the role. - Contribute to the research, development, and launch of AI-powered features. - Evaluate third-party tools, APIs, and AI models alongside internal build options. - Leverage agentic tools to prototype, analyze, or automate parts of your own workflow. Benefits - Work with a distributed, global team that has been remote-first since 2018. - Competitive salary, benefits, and vacation policy. - Workspace improvement stipend. - Professional development and learning stipend.

Role Description Klar’s Measurement (Attribution) team is a small, cross-functional team that holds end-to-end ownership for the Measurement domain. The goal of the team is to help our customers understand the effectiveness of their marketing spend and make budgeting decisions that drive up efficiency. To accomplish this, the team leverages multi-touch attribution powered by our own first-party tracking, marketing mix modelling, and incrementality testing. This role sits inside that team as a product individual contributor. Ownership of decisions and outcomes for Attribution sits with the team. Your contribution is to bring clarity and context, pull the right people into conversations, and help the team line up its work with Klar’s strategy and with what is genuinely helpful for merchants. Your Responsibilities - Act as the product IC inside the Measurement (Attribution) team – one peer among engineering, data, data science, and design – focused on framing problems and options rather than directing people. - Keep the team close to real customer problems: turn domain expert input, support conversations, sales feedback, research, and merchant calls into clear problem statements and opportunity areas. - Work with data science and engineering to understand how Attribution behaves across merchants and channels, and surface possible errors and inaccuracies. - Frame options when the team is choosing what to do next – making trade-offs, risks, and constraints explicit so the team can make informed decisions together. - Align ideas coming from the team against Klar’s strategic imperatives. - Help the team keep a tidy, current picture of what it has chosen to focus on – a simple roadmap, a clear backlog, and well-shaped work items – without turning this into a heavy process. - Make sure decisions and learnings are written down in plain language – short docs, decision records, clear Linear issues – so that people inside and outside the team can follow what is happening without extra meetings. - Share what the team is learning about Attribution with others at Klar, so that expectations set by strategy, sales, marketing, and support line up with what the product actually does. Qualifications - You have around 5 or more years in product management or a similar product-focused IC role in tech, ideally with some exposure to digital marketing, analytics, measurement, or eCommerce. - You are comfortable operating without formal authority: you influence through clarity, context, and good judgement, not through hierarchy or supervision. - You like working in small, stable teams that own a clear domain end to end, and you treat outcomes as a shared responsibility rather than something you “hand over” to others. - You care about data quality and reliability, and you are willing to reduce scope, simplify, or pause new ideas when trust in the numbers is at stake. - You are naturally curious and enjoy diving deep into new domains and strive to understand them in their entirety. - You can turn complex or technical topics into simple explanations and flows, and you are willing to do the unglamorous work of tidying thinking, writing things down, and closing loops. - You are comfortable with remote, flexible work – setting clear expectations, communicating in writing, and using the right mix of synchronous and asynchronous collaboration to keep momentum. Requirements - Experience working with direct-to-customer eCommerce brands similar in scale to Klar’s core customers. - Prior exposure to marketing attribution tools or data pipelines – tracking scripts, naming conventions, attribution models. - Prior exposure to the domain of data science and product development that is driven by research. - Some familiarity with different measurement approaches and their trade-offs. - A working grasp of performance and profitability metrics that matter to DTC teams, such as CAC, ROAS, CLV, and contribution margins. - Comfort working with data at a slightly deeper level than dashboards – reading and writing SQL, pulling your own cuts from an analytics or BI tool, and sanity-checking odd patterns before bringing them to the team. - Awareness of privacy and tracking constraints in modern eCommerce (GDPR, browser tracking limits, first-party vs third-party scripts) and how these shape what is realistically possible in attribution. Benefits - Work with an experienced founding team - previously we co-founded and worked in C-Level positions for companies that are now listed on the NYSE, raised €100m+ or were exited to a strategic investor. - Autonomy & Ownership - you get to drive the development of our measurement product which is a core reason why brands work with Klar. - Top-of-market compensation - we like to stay lean but that doesn’t mean we don’t pay well. Instead, it means that we rather have a few great, well-paid people on the team instead of an army of mediocrity. - Exposure to both, B2B SaaS and eCom - we bring the best of both worlds together so you can learn how to grow both types of businesses. - Work from anywhere - we are based in Munich but are building Klar as a distributed-first company with 75% of the company working remote.
