Role Description We have already gained strong traction in the BENELUX and are now looking to double down on partnerships as a key growth lever. As Strategic Partner Manager for BENELUX, you will own the entire BENELUX market from a partnership perspective. Your role is to build deep, trust-based relationships with agencies and turn Klar into a default data platform they actively recommend to their clients. This is a people-first, field-oriented role with regular in-person meetings, events, and travel. Responsibilities - Build and own the BENELUX agency ecosystem - Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners that work with Klar’s ideal customers. - Turn relationships into revenue - Build long-term trust with agencies and consistently convert relationships into active, deal-driving partnerships. - Partner enablement & support - Train and support partner teams so they can confidently position, sell, and use Klar with their clients. - Relationship management & in-person presence - Visit agencies regularly, join internal meetings, host partner lunches/dinners, and attend or organize local events. - Keep partners engaged and successful - Share product updates, best practices, and act as the main point of contact for partner questions and feedback. - Be the face of Klar in the UK - Represent Klar at industry events, meetups, and within the UK eCommerce ecosystem. - Scale the partner program - Help improve playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to make partnerships scalable and repeatable. Role Description We are looking for a commercially-driven person that takes care of our partnerships with enterprise platform partners like Shopify, TikTok, and Meta. Tasks - Own and scale Klar’s tech ecosystem relationships. - Take full responsibility for Klar’s already established strategic partnerships with Shopify and TikTok. - Build out strategic partnerships with platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat that are still in their early stages. - Map partner organizations in detail: who owns what, how teams are structured, what each group is measured on, and where Klar can move their needle. - Build Klar’s presence inside partner organizations. - Train and enable sellers, CSMs, partner managers, and support teams across multiple orgs with different incentives and KPIs. - Tailor Klar’s narrative to each group’s priorities — performance teams, partner teams, vertical specialists, growth teams, SMB vs. enterprise, etc. - Drive inbound referrals at scale. - Build a referral engine rooted in partner incentives: understand how their teams get credit, how they originate deals, and how Klar can help them hit their numbers. - Create clear collateral and internal programs that make recommending Klar low-friction and aligned to their KPIs. - Leverage our existing strategic partnerships. - Own and expand the TikTok Measurement Partnership and identify similar programmatic opportunities inside other platforms. - Build relationships across parallel teams — product partnerships, measurement, commerce solutions, performance, industry verticals — and connect Klar to the right workflows for each. Qualifications - You have 3+ years experience working in a partnership, sales, or business development. - You have a proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and/or managing long complex sales cycles. - You are a strong relationship builder — business is driven by personal relationships centered around trust. - You are highly organized — important when managing many different partner relationships. - You optimize for learning — your main motivation is to learn as much as possible and broaden your toolset. - You are naturally curious — you have a wide range of interests and are open to new experiences. • Manage SLAs that require sub-hour attention and respond to incidents on a daily basis • React, resolve, and escalate incidents as necessary, collaborating with the technical and business teams. • Build and implement incident processes to ensure the organization's ability to operate our connection at scale, working alongside the business and technology teams. • Take ownership, plan, and execute both planned and on-demand maintenance of our systems, collaborating with impacted and dependent technology and business teams. • Continuously improve our product, including observability and integration with internal services and processes.

• Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning models powering origination, behavioral scoring, limit management, and early-warning systems • Leverage alternative data sources including transaction behavior, merchant data, and device intelligence to improve predictive performance • Evaluate and implement the infrastructure required to deploy, monitor, and retrain models at scale • Explore the applications of novel architectures (transformers, foundational models, etc.) for credit risk and related tasks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions • Work with other members of the Credit Risk team to build credit policies across the full customer lifecycle: origination, limit management, restructuring, and write-offs • A lot of autonomy and ownership: you will own at least one Machine Learning model end-to-end • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
