• Define the product vision aligned with company OKRs and the dynamics of the Open Finance ecosystem. • Make portfolio decisions: allocate effort across products, set cross-product prioritization criteria, and escalate to the executive board when needed. • Identify interdependencies, synergies and conflicts among the company’s products. • Continuously monitor the Open Finance ecosystem: regulatory developments, direct and indirect competitors. • Support prioritization and positioning decisions based on up-to-date competitive analysis. • Lead, develop and evaluate the PMs under your leadership. • Build career paths, provide one-on-one mentorship and strengthen the product culture within the team. • Prioritize data-driven decision making. • Ensure clear communication of portfolio decisions and act as the interface with Sales, Customer Success and Operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in product, with proven experience in leadership roles managing PMs (not only as an individual contributor).
- Demonstrable history of developing people: career path design, mentoring, and building product culture.
- Strong data culture: experience with OKRs, North Star metric, experiments and routine metric-driven decision making.
- Executive-level communication: ability to distill, narrate and influence the board and commercial stakeholders.
- Practical use of AI in the product process, with concrete cases and demonstrable results.
- Strategic vision and roadmap ownership: defines direction and prioritizes by impact, not acting as a backlog executor.
