• Define the product vision aligned with company OKRs and the dynamics of the Open Finance ecosystem. • Make portfolio decisions: allocate effort across products, set cross-product prioritization criteria, and escalate to the executive board when needed. • Identify interdependencies, synergies and conflicts among the company’s products. • Continuously monitor the Open Finance ecosystem: regulatory developments, direct and indirect competitors. • Support prioritization and positioning decisions based on up-to-date competitive analysis. • Lead, develop and evaluate the PMs under your leadership. • Build career paths, provide one-on-one mentorship and strengthen the product culture within the team. • Prioritize data-driven decision making. • Ensure clear communication of portfolio decisions and act as the interface with Sales, Customer Success and Operations.

• Support the preparation, maintenance and revisions of the annual budget. • Update revenue, expense and cash flow forecasts. • Monitor actual versus planned budget, identify variances and provide analytical insights. • Perform the monthly management close in coordination with accounting. • Manage the expense reimbursement process. • Submit payments to banking institutions. • Execute recurring and variable billing/invoicing. • Update and manage cost centers and the chart of accounts in the Omie ERP. • Support the Accounting BPO in account classification and proper allocation of expenses. • Reconcile data between the ERP, accounting and management reports. • Issue and monitor client invoices. • Manage accounts receivable and support collections for delinquent customers. • Support audit processes and regulatory requests. • Prepare and track CAPEX reports, headcount/personnel budgets and corporate expenses. • Ensure the quality and reliability of financial information used by management.

• Ensure each client attains regulatory compliance and technical quality during the deployment of Lina solutions. • Conduct configuration, acceptance testing and validation of Lina solutions with clients. • Diagnose problems, identify root cause and propose solutions before escalating. • Execute functional, technical and regulatory tests. • Lead follow-up and alignment meetings with clients. • Track schedules, dependencies and activities for the deployments under your responsibility. • Identify risks and impediments and communicate proactively. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines. • Maintain visibility into the progress of requests. • Apply domain best practices: API integrations and regulatory compliance. • Produce and maintain technical implementation documentation. • Act as the technical point of contact during the deployments you are responsible for. • Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Execute implementations with quality and consistency. • Develop technical knowledge within the Lina ecosystem. • Contribute to team documentation and support the continuous improvement of Delivery processes. • Support the execution of technical integrations (APIs, data and basic security) under the guidance of mid‑level and senior analysts; • Diagnose and log technical issues, and perform escalations; • Conduct and participate in compliance tests and requirements validation using defined processes; • Take part in technical reviews and code reviews, incorporating feedback. • Ensure that deliverables are documented and aligned with standards.

• Manage the full B2B client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring fast time-to-value and regulatory compliance (Open Finance, LGPD) • Develop onboarding playbooks tailored by vertical • Monitor customer health scores using data-driven metrics • Identify early churn signals and execute proactive retention plans • Conduct strategic QBRs presenting ROI, use cases, product roadmap, and expansion opportunities • Collect structured customer feedback and consolidate it into product insights • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on real usage • Partner with Sales to close expansion opportunities • Document MVPs and customizations to create scalable products/features for other clients • Define and implement CS strategy aligned with company OKRs • Collaborate with Product to define the roadmap focused on real customer problems

• Support client deployments of Lina's products; • Monitor schedules, technical deliveries, and Go-Lives; • Follow up with clients and internal teams; • Assist clients with testing, certifications, and API integrations; • Help monitor regulatory milestones and deadlines; • Support status meetings and operational alignments; • Work alongside Development, Regulatory, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams; • Assist in identifying risks and tracking action plans; • Prepare operational reports, presentations, and executive updates; • Ensure effective communication and a positive client experience during deployments.

• Receive and perform initial triage of incoming tickets. • Ensure correct routing and categorization of tickets. • Perform initial analysis of logs, errors, and system behavior. • Work on resolving operational incidents of low to medium complexity. • Ensure compliance with service and response SLAs. • Keep clients informed about the status of their tickets. • Conduct continuous follow-up with squads or other involved teams. • Support identification of recurring issues and propose improvements. • Update and maintain the knowledge base with solutions and procedures. • Assist in organizing technical schedules and checkpoints with clients. • Follow and reinforce processes and workflows defined by the support area.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for different areas, ensuring quality and speed • Lead employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, events, content and employer brand positioning • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and onboarding • Support and operationalize entry programs (e.g., internships), from attraction through conversion • Assist with executive search projects for more senior roles, focusing on identifying and approaching specialized profiles • Work closely with leaders and internal teams to understand needs and build attraction solutions • Monitor recruitment and attraction metrics and propose continuous improvements • Work hands-on in execution with a high level of responsibility and autonomy

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train and develop talent within the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. • Strategic Planning: Define the annual budget and channel roadmap, aligning marketing objectives with the company’s business plan. • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure smooth movement through the sales funnel from first touch to close, working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager. • Brand Management and PR: Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage relationships with the press and influencers in the financial sector. • Technology Stack: Select and manage MarTech tools (CRM, Marketing Automation, BI) to ensure governance of marketing data.

• Create and maintain APIs for integration with financial markets. • Ensure the security of APIs and data by implementing authentication, authorization, and threat protection measures. • Design and implement scalable solutions to handle high volumes of user requests. • Collaborate with the team to define software and database architecture. • Develop unit tests and apply TDD and BDD practices to ensure code quality. • Work closely with the infrastructure and DevOps teams.
