• Ensure the evolution and maintenance of the area’s products, acting as a bridge between the business, clients, and technology teams; prioritize initiatives that generate value for the company and users, and define the product strategy and roadmap. • Backlog refinement: Build, refine, and maintain the team backlog, which should include features, bugs, and improvements. • Sprint planning: Review and prioritize backlog stories as part of sprint planning preparations. This may include coordinating and managing dependencies with other teams. • Identify and understand what creates value for the client: Accurately identify and understand the outcomes the client wants to achieve, comprehend user pain points, and map opportunities to solve existing problems; highlight competitors’ weaknesses and strengths and base decisions on data. • Client training: Conduct client training so they better understand agile methodology, eliminate process waste, and clarify what the client wants and their objectives. • Ensure product backlog success: Define the necessary product backlog items and act as the primary source of project information; ensure the product backlog is visible, clear, and transparent to everyone, optimize the value of the team’s delivered work, and ensure the quality and delivery of the final product.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields.
- Experience with agile methodologies for product development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Previous experience with SaaS and B2B products.
- Experience creating digital products.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with AI tools.
- Certification in agile methods.
- Experience with products related to Audit and Compliance.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Business, Technology, UX, and Engineering).

Role Description Provides subject matter expertise in the delivery, execution and maintenance of products. Accountable for maximizing the value of assigned technical products that support enterprise operations. Owns the product vision, backlog, and delivery outcomes and serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
