Job Requirements
- 6-9 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR or MBA preferred
- Proven experience supporting remote and diverse teams, including both salaried and hourly employees
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience interpreting HR data; familiarity with basic financial metrics such as SGA and OCOS is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and provide guidance across all organizational levels
- Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, demonstrating a customer-focused approach
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex employee situations
- Track record of building collaborative relationships and driving results through partnership
- Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders
