Senior Coordinator, Coalitions & Member Experience

Role Description The Senior Coordinator, Coalitions and Member Experience is a member-facing execution role that supports coalition activity and the overall membership experience through responsive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through. This role sits at the intersection of operations and relationships, ensuring that day-to-day work runs smoothly across the full member lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to renewal. - Serves as a primary point of contact for members on routine questions that come through general membership communication channels (e.g. generic email). - Responds to inquiries with accuracy, context, and professionalism. - Discerns when issues require escalation versus resolution. - Provides operational and communication support for coalitions, champions, and networks. - Coordinates logistics, communications, and follow-up for coalition activities. - Supports the Director in maintaining momentum and continuity across networks. - Manages the membership inbox, including response, routing, and follow-up. - Supports the onboarding of new members into the Campus Compact community. - Supports the tracking and reporting of engagement activity. - Coordinates and maintains the operational infrastructure of the renewal process. - Executes Salesforce data entry and hygiene. - Develops an understanding of Campus Compact’s portfolio of programs and strategic priorities. - Anticipates needs and prepares materials, follow-ups, and coordination support. - Handles day-to-day member conversations to free leadership for higher-stakes engagement. Qualifications - 3+ years experience in roles with similar levels of capacity & responsibilities. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Experience working with coalitions, networks, or membership-based organizations. - Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data entry across CRM or database systems in a high-volume environment. - Preference will be given to candidates in the Southwestern U.S. and the Western U.S., including the Mountain States and Pacific Northwest. Requirements - Experience with membership lifecycles, renewal processes, and member engagement practices. - Writing and reviewing stakeholder communications, including newsletters and email correspondence. - Engaging organizational tools such as Salesforce, Form Assembly, MailChimp, Swoogo, Asana, Google Drive, Zoom, and MacOS.
