• Provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. • Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. • Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars. • Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
  • Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
