• In this 18‑month trainee program, you will have the opportunity to be systematically prepared for a permanent target role as an Account Manager in Health Systems. • You will learn to sell complex medical technology solutions, work closely with experienced sales colleagues, and build solid knowledge of customers, products, and sales processes in healthcare. • Support in operational sales and close collaboration with experienced Account Managers. • Early assumption of responsibility and independent handling of customer and sales tasks. • Participation in the development and implementation of sales and account strategies. • Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists, and Finance. • Participation in trainings, coaching, and practical learning formats to develop your sales and communication skills. • Creation and maintenance of (key) account plans.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience (technical and/or business-related)
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to draw conclusions
- Team player, resilient, and able to professionally handle successes and setbacks
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel for sales activities
- Advantageous: knowledge of French and/or Italian; initial experience in a clinical environment and/or in sales; career changers welcome (e.g. background as MTRA [radiology technologist], Abitur [A-levels], and/or university studies)
