Zone Installation Specialist, Medical Imaging – Travel: South Zone

Philips

• Work to learn the installation process and establish rapport with customers while demonstrating urgency to resolve issues • Maintain knowledge of technical advances and current industry trends • Perform administrative duties within established timeframes, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and more

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
  • Magnetic Resonance (MR) or Cath lab/cardiovascular/image guided therapy equipment experience and training preferred
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
  • Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
  • Must be able to meet minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements

Role Description The Dispatch Specialist I is responsible for managing dispatch functions for crisis line services.
