Wealth Management Associate

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries. • Support preparation for client meetings, including gathering and updating financial data. • Attend client meetings as needed and assist with follow-up actions. • Resolve client service requests in a timely and professional manner. • Prepare financial planning deliverables (charts, reports, and presentations). • Assist in developing portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance. • Support portfolio reviews, reporting, and rebalancing activities. • Monitor account activity and assist with trade coordination. • Process new accounts, transfers, and account updates. • Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to complete account activity. • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support ongoing data management and reporting needs.

Job Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of similar experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Envestnet and Thompson ONE.
  • Currently holds or is willing to obtain within 6 months of hire: Series 7, Series 66, and applicable state life, accident, and health insurance licenses.

Role Description The Dispatch Specialist I is responsible for managing dispatch functions for crisis line services.
