Senior Software Engineer – Low Code / No Code

• End-to-End Delivery: Build, configure, and extend applications on the Unqork platform, owning feature delivery from technical design to a successful launch. Identify opportunities and design solutions that positively impact customer adoption. • Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours. Navigate dynamics with professionalism, managing expectations and executive-level communication with senior client leadership. • Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Architect to implement designs and architectural decisions, escalating risks or blockers proactively while ensuring solutions align with scalable BFF (Backend-for-Frontend)/proxy architectures. • Global Team Coordination: Coordinate with distributed, offshore development team members across multiple time zones, providing crucial context, guidance, and thorough code/configuration reviews. • Agile Execution & Documentation: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. Contribute to technical artifacts and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long-term project sustainability.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work during standard US business hours.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of overall technical experience, requiring a strong hybrid background.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically working on Unqork projects
- Unqork Certification is required
- Proven experience with Dynamic Refresh, Data storage in session or browser, User data storage post lazy load, API Integration, SendGrid, DocuSign integration, SFTP integration, and SSO
- Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns, alongside strong Frontend/HTML/CSS knowledge (including Media Queries)
- High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team.
- Communicate in a clear and understandable manner with clients, and be able to articulate the details of the designed architecture using the appropriate level of technical language.
- Natural leader with critical reasoning and good decision making skills.
- Have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and utilizing tools like Jira
- Demonstrate mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
