An overview of this roleAs a Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers in Latin America. You will help them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform can solve real software delivery challenges and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll own the technical side of the sales cycle, from discovery and value stream assessment through proof of concept and workshops, guiding customers as they evaluate and adopt GitLab. Based in Mexico, you’ll work closely with a regional sales director, account executives across enterprise, mid-market and public sector segments. You will work alongside other Solutions Architects, while reporting to a senior manager in the US. In your first year, you’ll focus on building deep relationships with customers, shaping technical strategy for key accounts, and becoming the go-to technical advocate for GitLab in the region.
