Senior Government Executive – Public Education, Institutional Relations

Alfa Group

• Develop and strengthen relationships with public decision-makers in the education sector (secretaries, deputy secretaries, directors and technical teams) • Lead market development and generation of qualified demand, moving beyond reliance on public tenders • Identify strategic opportunities within city halls and public agencies • Support the development of proposals with technical insight and alignment to public management realities • Support institutional negotiations and consultative sales cycles with government • Act strategically in public procurement/tender cycles (when applicable), providing critical analysis and positioning • Contribute market intelligence and insights on public education trends • Represent the company in institutional engagements, events and meetings with public stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in the public sector, especially in education
  • Experience as a public manager, education secretary or significant institutional role within the sector
  • Active relationships with decision-makers (not only theoretical knowledge)
  • Ability to operate across political, technical and commercial spheres
  • Strategic understanding of how municipalities function and public decision-making processes
