• We are looking for a Mid-level Quality Analyst who will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts in collaboration with the development team • Lead and execute complex software testing, using appropriate tools and methods to identify defects and ensure the final product meets requirements and quality standards; • Create detailed test scenarios, defining conditions, actions and expected results for each test; • Document test scenarios, detailing the steps to be followed; • Analyze project documentation, such as requirements and design, to understand system goals and use cases; • Prepare the test plan based on project requirements; • Analyze test results and document defects found; • Perform reviews and retest after fixes; • Prepare clear and organized user manuals; • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in software testing.
• Lead the definition of the technical vision and requirements strategy for highly complex products, anticipating risks and systemic dependencies • Define and oversee documentation standards, analysis processes, and quality criteria across the company's requirements area • Act as a strategic consultant to the client, proposing technical solutions that optimize investment and ensure product scalability • Manage expectations of senior stakeholders, mediating technical and business conflicts to ensure project progress • Review and validate work produced by other team members, ensuring adherence to established standards of excellence • Guide and upskill the team through mentoring and training, disseminating best practices in requirements engineering and agile methodologies • Produce strategic artifacts such as technical roadmaps, integration specifications, and information architecture • Keep Management informed about the technical health of projects, proposing preventive actions to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries • Perform other professional activities inherent to the area, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor • Availability to travel.

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using the latest Front-End technologies; • Collaborate closely with design and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration between systems; • Turn wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect, responsive code; • Optimize applications to ensure maximum speed and scalability; • Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and development standards; • Perform testing and debugging to ensure application stability and functionality.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to map user pains, opportunities and behaviors; • Structure and conduct customer journey mapping, identifying pain points and opportunities for innovation; • Create and validate personas and scenarios based on data, ensuring actionable insights for service design; • Develop prototypes and test service solutions to validate hypotheses and improve the customer experience; • Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with clients, internal teams and stakeholders; • Actively collaborate with areas such as UX, Product, Business and IT to implement viable solutions aligned with YouX's strategy; • Create service design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and scalability in deliverables; • Monitor service metrics and performance indicators, proposing adjustments for continuous optimization; • Manage and organize project artifacts, ensuring accessible and well-structured documentation; • Keep up with market trends and innovations to improve approaches and techniques used in service design.
