• Identify opportunities to accelerate partner-driven growth through targeted programs and initiatives that complement Datadog's standard partner framework • Design, launch, and scale custom partner programs that support strategic business priorities, including regional growth initiatives, new product adoption, partner incentives, referral motions, and strategic collaboration agreements • Partner with stakeholders across Channels & Alliances, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to bring programs to life • Develop the operational processes and requirements needed to support successful execution and long-term scalability • Measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance and partner feedback. • Translate successful initiatives into repeatable and scalable programs that can be adopted more broadly across the partner ecosystem • Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

• Own instructor scheduling across 90+ instructors and active certificate programs, ensuring every cohort has the right instructor at the right time • Coordinate sub coverage when instructors are unavailable, maintaining continuity for students • Handle invoice operations — reviewing, processing, and tracking instructor invoices accurately and on time • Own cohort setup operations, ensuring every program is configured and ready to launch without friction • Serve as the operational point of contact for instructors, fielding questions and resolving scheduling issues as they arise • Coordinate and support a network of 1099 coaches who provide first-line support to Stepful students • Lead onboarding of new coaches and drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing to ensure communication reflects Stepful's supportive tone • Meet weekly 1:1 with coaches to review student load, provide actionable feedback, and support their development • Assess coach quality and provide constructive guidance on how they can best support students • Track student, cohort, and partner-level outcomes — including retention, graduation, certification, externship placement, and job placement rates • Run weekly or biweekly cohort-specific task force meetings to assess progress and hit success metrics • Proactively maintain data and reports to support the client success team • Communicate with enterprise partners on student progress

• Lead the entire lifecycle (Concept to Commercialization) of complex, high-impact clinical assay development projects. • Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, adhere to budgetary constraints, and meet all deadlines. • Guide and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the product development process. • Define comprehensive project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Develop detailed project plans, consistent with the Tempus Product Development Process, utilizing approved project management software and tools. • Establish project milestones and maintain strict adherence to timelines and quality standards. • Review, confirm, and ensure the completeness of all project outputs, deliverables, and documentation. • Create accurate project cost estimates, control expenditures, and manage financial reporting. • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks and resolve critical issues. • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering regular, clear status reports to senior leadership and project stakeholders.

• Take ultimate ownership for AI program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, ensuring they are fully aligned with business goals and senior leadership expectations; • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex AI initiatives (LLM-powered products, automation, analytics), ensuring all projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards; • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical workstreams and architectures, collaborating directly with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers; • Establish and own program governance, including operating rhythms, steering committees, risk/issue management, and high-level executive communications; • Drive solution design reviews and provide technical oversight, challenging approaches where needed to ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of AI solutions; • Embed responsible and ethical AI practices into program design, focusing on data privacy, bias mitigation, model monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows; • Manage vendor and partner relationships (cloud, model providers, integrators), including technical evaluations, contracts input, and performance management; • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, tech leads, data scientists), fostering a high-performance delivery culture and driving continuous process improvement.
