Marketing & Communications Manager

• Lead the development of B2C marketing campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and demand for Glo2Facial among consumers. • Develop educational and inspirational content that drives consumers to actively seek out Glo2Facial treatments and partner providers. • Support patient acquisition and retention initiatives through email, SMS, paid media, landing pages, and digital campaigns. • Create compelling consumer messaging that communicates treatment benefits, outcomes, differentiation, and brand positioning. • Partner with Social Media to align paid, organic, influencer, and promotional initiatives to maximize brand visibility and engagement. • Support consumer-focused promotions, seasonal campaigns, treatment awareness initiatives, and product launches. • Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion. • Help shape the customer journey from awareness through consideration, appointment booking, treatment experience, and loyalty. • Write and edit compelling copy across email, SMS, websites, digital advertising, landing pages, and campaign assets while maintaining Geneo's brand voice and clinical credibility. • Develop high-performing copy for paid media channels including Google, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms. • Create content that supports both consumer education and provider engagement. • Apply AEO and GEO best practices to improve visibility across search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and generative answer platforms. • Maintain strong editorial standards across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment. • Support provider-facing marketing initiatives, sales enablement materials, promotional campaigns, and practice growth programs. • Develop collateral, email campaigns, and communications that help providers successfully market Glo2Facial within their businesses. • Partner with Sales to support lead generation efforts, nurture programs, and provider communications. • Assist with trade marketing initiatives, educational campaigns, and industry event communications. • Own and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and nurture campaigns across both B2C and B2B audiences. • Build and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. • Support lead management, MQL tracking, and sales alignment initiatives. • Build reporting dashboards and analyze campaign, funnel, and customer performance metrics. • Translate marketing data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance and customer engagement. • Support development of campaign messaging, brand narratives, and outward-facing communications. • Write and maintain website content that reflects current campaigns, products, and brand initiatives. • Develop internal communications including product launches, campaign updates, and organizational announcements. • Support event, activation, and experiential marketing communications. • Maintain press materials, fact sheets, brand resources, and marketing assets. • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing B2C marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging across both consumer and professional audiences.
  • Experience creating marketing content across email, SMS, websites, landing pages, digital advertising, and campaign assets.
  • Experience supporting paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, or similar channels.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across marketing, sales, events, social media, and leadership teams.
