• Teach remotely for the Criminal Justice & Public Safety Administration program. • Collaborate with program staff and Instructional Design team as a subject matter expert. • Engage students through frequent interaction and motivation for success. • Guide students in collaboration and application of their learning. • Provide regular constructive feedback for assessment of student work. • Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across academic programs. • Provide feedback on possible curricular improvements.
Job Requirements
- Master’s in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Professional experience in Law Enforcement
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
- Terminal degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field is preferred.
- Experience as a police administrator is preferred.
- Experience in Higher Education curriculum development is preferred.
- Materials needed for submission: Resume/ Curriculum Vitae, Cover letter highly preferred.
- If selected, candidates with international degrees may be required to submit translation/ degree evaluation from a NACES approved vendor.
