• You prepare marketing data so it serves as a sound basis for decision-making for our clients. • You take the lead in planning, executing and analyzing experiments — from conversion-lift studies to brand-lift analyses. • You act as a strategic advisor to our clients and communicate confidently with decision-makers up to C-level. • You translate complex analysis results into clear, strategic recommendations for action. • You develop and manage our global Test-and-Learn agenda to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. • You design methodological frameworks for measuring marketing success and ensure we always track the right KPIs. • In workshops you share your knowledge and empower colleagues to make data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements
- You are a strong communicator and can manage client relationships independently and confidently.
- You develop a deep understanding of your clients' needs and act as their trusted advisor.
- You understand complex data models, but your real strength is explaining them clearly.
- You bring stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds on board — from marketing specialists to C-level.
- You come from performance marketing or digital advertising.
- You are familiar with operational campaign execution and understand how campaigns work.
- You keep an overview across multiple projects, work in a structured way and proactively drive processes forward.
- You speak German at native level and English at a very good level (at least B2).
- Ideally, you have prior experience at an agency.

Analytics Service Transition Manager
GTGT provides clients with offshore product teams from CEE, a product development studio & data science services.
• The Transition Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the end-to-end transition of data and reporting services from development teams and partners into a new managed service • Define and manage the transition plan, governance cadence, status reporting, RAID management, and phase exit readiness across contracting, mobilisation, transition, cutover, and stabilization in collaboration with our AMS partner • Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams, incumbent suppliers, incoming service providers, and platform partners to ensure timely completion of transition dependencies • Lead the end-to-end knowledge transfer process for in scope services, covering data models, platforms, technical components, and ways of working • Define the overall reporting/analytical services and capabilities model in support of the D&A strategy and operating model • Coordinate transition cutover activities, including access readiness, operational handover checkpoints, communications, and hypercare/stabilisation planning
