• UI/UX design of shop, PDPs, landing pages & checkout: From initial concept to dev-ready implementation in Figma, you design thoughtful, conversion-focused user experiences. • Product discovery & user research within the product trio: Together with the eCom and development teams you conduct interviews and tests, analyze data, and derive validated solutions. • CRO & conversion optimization: You develop hypotheses, set up A/B tests, feed results back into design, and drive measurable improvements. • Evolve the design system & UX standards: You maintain and scale the design system so the dev team can build faster and more consistently. • Optimize the mobile experience: Mobile users are the focus — you ensure they find their way to purchase faster and more easily.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, as well as experience in user testing (mobile-first)
- Excellent Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components/Variants, Dev Mode including prototyping)
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven design decisions, user research and customer interviews
- Strong e-commerce background: You know CRO levers and how to translate user needs into conversion-focused design
- German C1 (required), English B1/B2
