As a designer at Vetcove, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the tools that clinics use every day to run their practices, from inventory management to pharmacy workflows and beyond. You’ll own design efforts end-to-end—from early discovery and research to wireframes and polished visuals—collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and our founding team along the way. You’ll be instrumental in shaping not only our product, but our overall design culture as we scale. What you’ll do - Lead end-to-end design for core product areas—taking ideas from early concept to final implementation - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure we’re solving the right problems - Partner with engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation that matches the design intent - Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly - Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops - Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform - Work in a fully remote environment! There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $130,000 - $190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
