Job Description

Director, Demand Generation

Maze

• Own top-of-funnel demand generation with a clear focus on leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation, primarily for new business with a meaningful eye on expansion • Develop and execute demand generation strategy by continuously identifying gaps in the funnel and proposing, testing, and deploying solutions • Manage paid campaigns in collaboration with our agency partners across existing channels, while actively researching and piloting new ones, iterating based on what the data tells you • Plan and execute field marketing programs including conferences and executive events designed to create pipeline and accelerate deals already in motion • Build and maintain lead and MQL forecasting models so the team always has a reliable, data-backed view of where we stand and what levers to pull • Recommend greenfield opportunities for us, including new channels, and piloting tests to validate performance • Own campaign operations including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity across our marketing ops stack, working closely with Sales and Business Operations

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in the user or market research industry and empathy for our ICP — you understand who we're selling to, what they care about, and how to reach them in ways that resonate
  • A track record of successfully driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline through a mix of paid programs, field marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
  • The ability to own direction and outcomes for demand generation, balancing short-term execution with longer-term strategy
  • Strong analytical instincts with a habit of using data as the basis for decisions, building forecasts with rigor, and translating funnel metrics into clear business narratives
  • Experience managing paid campaigns through agency relationships and holding partners accountable to performance
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, and a solid understanding of how data flows between them
  • A bias for experimentation you approach demand gen with curiosity, iterate quickly, and know that not every test will work
  • Collaborative by nature, with strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to identify what's broken, structure a plan to fix it, and move without waiting for perfect information

Role Description Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized Connected TV advertising. Our business is growing rapidly and we’re in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with our new native platform. The platform is live with external partners and we're expanding its reach - this role will help drive broader adoption, improve the experience for existing users, and scale usage across new channels and customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the pre-sales product experience at Revive — helping our users build the best possible campaign proposals that convert to sold-through, high-performing campaigns. This means driving the automation of the proposal workflow, enhancing our targeting recommendations, and building tools that expand our inventory offering — including cross-platform forecasting capabilities that give sellers and account teams confidence in what they're proposing. You'll take full ownership of an active squad's roadmap and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales/Account Strategy, and Operations to ship improvements that reduce friction, improve proposal quality, and drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities - Squad roadmap ownership: Own and drive an existing squad's roadmap — including quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, intake, and stakeholder alignment. - Cross-platform forecasting: Lead the development of a forecasting mechanism that gives confidence in proposal deliverability and scale across programmatic and direct channels. - Pre-sales workflow improvements: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end proposal creation workflow to reduce cycle time and increase win rate. - Audience targeting improvements: Help define and evolve targeting capabilities so proposals reflect real deliverability and value. - Quality & reliability: Reduce errors, edge cases, and operational friction that slow down proposal creation or harm trust. - Product requirements: Translate user needs into clear PRDs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans. - Cross-functional delivery: Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time. - Enablement & adoption: Support rollout and training for sales/account teams; ensure tools are actually used in the proposal process. - System knowledge: Build a strong understanding of upstream/downstream systems that shape proposal quality. Success metrics - Improved proposal win rate and platform adoption, leading to more proposals sold through. - Improved campaign outcomes driven by better upfront targeting and packaging. - Reduced proposal turnaround time by automating qualified proposals. What to expect in your first 90 days - Month 1 — Get your bearings: Learn Revive's proposal workflow end-to-end and how targeting is sold and fulfilled. - Month 2 — Dive into the backlog: Prioritize the backlog with a focus on the proposal funnel and ship 1–2 improvements. - Month 3 — Product roadmap ownership: Align on a 3 to 6-month roadmap and establish full ownership of the squad roadmap. Qualifications - 7+ years of product management experience (B2B SaaS or platform products preferred). - Experience with ad tech fundamentals, particularly audience targeting and programmatic inventory constraints. - Demonstrated experience improving user-facing workflows or journeys. - Experience improving a funnel or conversion metric through iteration, measurement, and cross-functional execution. - Proven ability to translate user needs into clear requirements for complex systems. - Strong written and verbal communication skills (remote-first). - Comfort driving a product roadmap independently as a lead IC PM. - Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features with measurable user impact. Benefits - Comprehensive healthcare including medical, vision & dental benefits covered at 100% for employees and 50% for dependents. - Fully remote work with a remote working stipend. - Flexible PTO - take what you need, when you need. - Coffee or Tea Subscription. - Monthly 3-day weekend. - Expected base pay for this role is $155k - $170k, with total compensation typically ranging from $165k - $180k.
