Data Input Specialist

ContinuityGS

• Assisting case workers with field interviews and investigations • Gathering and documenting case-related information • Supporting collateral contacts and coordination with field case managers and internal staff • Performing high-volume data entry and maintaining case management databases • Conducting database and internet research • Reviewing inactive case files for status updates • Assisting with quality assurance audits • Providing general administrative and clerical support • Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Experience in case management, investigations, or law enforcement involving foreign-born populations
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining professionalism and discretion
  • High-volume data entry experience in a law enforcement, government, or case management setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when required
  • Foreign language proficiency is a plus
  • Minimum RequirementsApplicants must:
  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and government suitability requirements, including:
  • Background investigation
  • Fingerprinting
  • Credit review, where applicable
  • Completion of the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment (or equivalent required forms)
  • Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Be able to obtain and maintain any required government approvals throughout employment
  • If applicable, certify registration with the Selective Service System in accordance with federal law
