What Makes This Role Great As the TPM for Foundational Services, you will manage the strategy and execution of a new product we are creating to be a centralized Master Data platform for the entire Transportation & Logistics segment. Your team owns the "Source of Truth" for the entire ecosystem. Your Challenge How do you move a high-speed jet’s engines while it’s in mid-flight? You’ll work with Engineering to design APIs and architectures that handle massive global scale, ensuring zero downtime for our customers during a critical transition to next-gen infrastructure. Key Exciting Responsibilities - Conduct deep-dive product discovery to translate complex technical needs into "jobs-to-be-done" that solve real-world platform challenges. - Orchestrate high-stakes migrations for internal customers, designing strategies that eliminate downtime while maximizing efficiency. - Lead data-driven prioritization of the product backlog, balancing qualitative feedback with technical metrics like latency and developer velocity. - Co-create the vision for shared services, building compelling business cases for the next generation of cloud infrastructure. - Define metric-driven roadmap, ensuring every milestone is anchored by clear success criteria and measurable business value. - Collaborate with engineers to navigate technical debt and implementation complexity, translating high-level goals into actionable development plans that respect both speed-to-market and code quality. Qualifications - You have 5+ years of experience in Software Development, with at least 3 years in Product Management. - You are a strategic communicator who can translate complex technical roadmaps into exciting narratives for non-technical stakeholders. - You have a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the puzzle of moving users through complex technical transitions. - You have a proven track record of moving users from legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure without breaking the world. - You are experienced in backend products. - You are fluent in RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, microservices, and event-driven architecture and are comfortable discussing with engineers. - You treat LLMs and tools like Cursor as force multipliers for your workflow using them to validate logic, draft specs, and bridge the gap between "Requirement" and "Code." Bonus Points For - Experience with Distributed Systems and high-concurrency environments. - Worked in AI leveraged environments. - Background in Logistics or Supply Chain technology.
