Role Description The purpose of this job is to ensure the correct stock is received and/or dispatched according to invoice insert receipt and/or transfers. This will include products received, dispatched and marked, and that invoices are accurate. Ensure that housekeeping standards are adhered to, and to provide good internal and external customer service. This will result in achieving customer satisfaction, in order to generating sale and promote the business and creating sustainable growth. - Enforce company policy and procedure - Ensure that the stock is received or despatched and inserted according to supplier invoices - Ensure that the receiving department is not left unattended at any times - Ensure stock for deliveries received from within the store is correct, placed in delivery cage and booked out to relevant driver - Search rubbish bins, boxes and/or any items that can contain stock before they are dumped or discarded - Ensure that all stock is arranged to be despatched to relevant departments - Ensure the correct paper trail is completed for stock being returned - Assist in relevant departments when required - Printing of relevant labels - Ensure that all items are scanned before sending to the different departments - Perform daily spot checks for suspicious activity in and around the store area - Maintain housekeeping standards at all times - Participate in perpetual stock takes - Perform any work related tasks as delegated by superior Qualifications - Matric or Equivalent - 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role - Forklift license - Receiving and Dispatch procedures - Ability to handle pressure - Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) - Product knowledge - Computer skills - Interpersonal skills - Internal stock system knowledge Requirements - Kindly note that if you are not contacted within 2 weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful. • Manage and monitor geophysical data acquisition by field geophysicists utilizing geophysical systems including advanced electromagnetic induction (EMI) instruments • Perform geophysical data processing and analysis for traditional digital geophysical mapping surveys and AGC mapping surveys • Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance and expertise to practice area professional staff • Design and implement geophysical investigation plans for munitions response remedial investigations and removal actions under CERCLA and RCRA regulatory programs • Prepare planning documents such as Munitions Response Quality Assurance Project Plans (MR-QAPP)

• Manage and monitor geophysical data acquisition by field geophysicists utilizing geophysical systems including advanced electromagnetic induction (EMI) instruments • Perform geophysical data processing and analysis for traditional digital geophysical mapping surveys and AGC mapping surveys • Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance and expertise to practice area professional staff • Design and implement geophysical investigation plans for munitions response remedial investigations and removal actions under CERCLA and RCRA regulatory programs • Select and utilize various types of geophysical instruments and ancillary components including high-precision global navigation satellite systems, inertial motion sensors, LiDAR positioning systems, and software to control and integrate the geophysical system components • Prepare planning documents such as Munitions Response Quality Assurance Project Plans (MR-QAPP) • Conduct site visits as required
