• Reviewing and processing a variety of accounting and financial transactions, including obligations, accrued expenditures, disbursements, appropriations, reimbursable orders, expenditure vouchers, and rejected transactions • Assisting with billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and providing recommendations to the Senior Financial Manager • Collecting, analyzing, and validating budget and financial data to assist in monitoring program resources • Maintaining accurate financial documentation and supporting compliance with contractual and company requirements • Assisting with administrative tasks and other program support activities as needed • Performing other duties as assigned • This position is primarily remote. Occasional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required to support operational needs.
• Preparing reports and maintaining records of work accomplishments, quality metrics, and administrative activities • Coordinating the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to leadership • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control programs • Monitoring transaction processing and customer service standards throughout the business lifecycle • Conducting financial analyses, operational evaluations, and quality assessments • Planning and performing internal audits to ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements • Serving as the primary point of contact for external inspections, audits, and compliance reviews • Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending corrective actions • Collaborating with program leadership to maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement • Performing other duties as assigned • This position is primarily remote. Travel may be required, including occasional short-notice travel, to support operational and contractual requirements.
• Assisting case workers with field interviews and investigations • Gathering and documenting case-related information • Supporting collateral contacts and coordination with field case managers and internal staff • Performing high-volume data entry and maintaining case management databases • Conducting database and internet research • Reviewing inactive case files for status updates • Assisting with quality assurance audits • Providing general administrative and clerical support • Performing other duties as assigned
Field Safety/Security Manager

• Provide leadership and oversight for field operations • Ensure personnel safety, operational effectiveness, and compliance with contractual requirements • Foster a positive, professional, and mission-focused work environment • Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements • Monitor field workflow to ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting • Resolve operational issues that arise during daily field activities • Conduct field audits and quality assurance reviews to verify compliance, completeness, and accuracy • Maintain program reference materials, operational documentation, policies, procedures, and project files • Provide guidance to field staff regarding operational procedures, safety protocols, and contractual requirements • Oversee field activities involving address verification, interviews with family members and sponsors, case management support, and wellness checks • Ensure timely identification, documentation, and reporting of sensitive situations, including suspected trafficking, abandonment, neglect, or other safety concerns • Coordinate with leadership to support operational readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned • Requires regular field oversight. Travel may be required to support operational needs.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs supporting the CGS mission • Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and training resources • Continuously evaluate and revise training content to meet contractual requirements, operational needs, and industry best practices • Deliver engaging instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person environments • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with company and contractual requirements • Prepare for and support internal and external audits of training records and program compliance • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training guidance to leadership and operational staff • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on operational feedback and performance metrics • Travel, including occasional short-notice travel, may be required to deliver or support training • Perform other duties as assigned
