Solutions Engineer
Mogli
• Instill high confidence in Mogli and its products, propelling sales opportunities forward by providing accurate technical information and showcasing our partnership approach in pre-sale interactions. • Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to assess and understand technical requirements, helping our Sales team properly position our product and maximize value. • Build and perform compelling, tailored product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to secure strategic clients. • Document technical requirements and solution designs during the sales process for smooth handoff to Solutions Architects and Professional Services. • Assist with technical evaluations, RFPs, security questionnaires, and competitive positioning to remove barriers in the sales cycle. • Collaborate with our Professional Service and Sales teams to provide accurate, holistic quotes for custom client requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. • Arm our Sales and Marketing teams with powerful demo environments and technical talking points for the strongest possible marketing material and presentations. • Assist with marketing initiatives for content reviews, asset creation, webinar support, and other items as requested. • Support the Partner team’s mission to recruit, enable, and retain partners, extending Mogli’s reach and enhancing our competitiveness. • Cement strong partnerships by providing partners with compelling demo materials, technical assistance, and training to maximize joint opportunities. • Assist partners, Salesforce SEs, and AEs with the configuration, automation, and review of Mogli use cases in their demo environments. • Foster potential partner interest and confidence in Mogli at engagement events and through dedicated technical support. • Act as the voice of the prospect by looking for patterns and channeling technical feedback, client needs, and market trends to inform Mogli’s development roadmap. • Assist the Product team with research on competitive advantages and new feature viability.
Job Requirements

- Proven ability to explain, document, and demonstrate technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, clouds, products, and use cases.
- 2-3 years of experience with declarative configuration of Salesforce.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or sales role is required.
- Experience building and delivering product demonstrations.
- Marketing Cloud or Apex programming experience is a plus.
- Background interacting directly with clients or prospects in a sales cycle.
- Experience deploying and/or supporting Mogli SMS or a similar messaging SaaS product is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Understanding Nonprofit and Higher Education sectors is a bonus, but not required.
