Job Requirements
- Vocational education or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably across multiple EMEA countries
- Skilled in ATS, HRIS, job boards, and social media sourcing
- Strong communication in English and German (additional European language a plus)

• Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs for Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). • Source active and passive candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, professional associations, and social media. • Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies and provide talent insights that drive decision-making. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified PT and PTA candidates across multiple regions by understanding candidate needs and building relationships. • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest. • Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting to track effectiveness of strategies. • Stay up to date on state licensure requirements and local market trends related to Physical Therapy. • Represent the company at career fairs, virtual events, and other industry networking opportunities. • Partner with the employer branding team to create compelling messaging and content for outreach. • Ensure all candidate data and communications are accurately tracked in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM. • Occasional travel is required for training or other work-related duties.

Role Description As Camera Acquisition Research Lead for APAC, you will help expand our camera network by identifying high-quality host opportunities, validating decision-makers, and preparing well-researched leads for fast, effective outreach. You’ll own top-of-funnel research across Australia and the broader APAC region, building prioritized lead lists for hotels, commercial businesses, private property owners, and other potential camera hosts. Your work will directly support Surfline’s ability to grow coverage in key surf markets and bring more live camera views to our users. Under Surfline’s “Work from Anywhere” policy, this position may be performed on a full-time remote basis from Australia with Western Australia preferred. What You’ll Do - Research and identify potential camera host locations, including hotels, commercial businesses, clubs, venues, and private properties. - Map ownership, identify decision-makers, and verify accurate contact information. - Support inbound host interest by triaging leads and routing qualified opportunities. - Prioritize prospects based on location quality, surf-view potential, host fit, access considerations, and likelihood to convert. - Maintain clean, accurate, and well-structured CRM records in Attio. - Prepare ready-to-contact leads with relevant context, personalization notes, and suggested next steps. - Add useful local context, such as surf relevance, nearby landmarks, venue type, council considerations, or vantage-point notes. - Support outreach preparation by loading qualified prospects into the appropriate workflows and stages. - Partner with the acquisition team to align research with weekly priorities, regional campaigns, and target surf zones. - Help improve research sources, workflows, and lead quality over time. - When appropriate, support early host conversations and help move qualified opportunities toward signed agreements.
