• Assist the recruitment team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Post job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. • Assist in reviewing resumes, screening applications, and conducting preliminary phone interviews. • Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Help create and maintain recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guides. • Support the team with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities. • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other sourcing activities. • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Java & Python • Build and maintain integration frameworks and RESTful services • Work with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based tools • Collaborate in an Agile (SAFe/Scrum) environment • Ensure high-quality code, performance, and security standards

• Drive and exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas • Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers at AI, cloud, hyperscaler, and enterprise customers • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and account development • Maintain accurate tracking of sales opportunities, technical challenges, and design-win milestones • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop customized solutions aligned with customer requirements • Work with marketing and product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and executive-level communications • Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, sales performance, and market insights
