Qualifications - True senior engineers — not just people with years of experience, but those who own solutions and drive execution. - 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development (React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL). - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP). - Clear and thorough understanding of design patterns and software development best practices. - Great communicators who can explain options, trade-offs, and technical details to clients and teams. - Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. - Passion maintaining code style and standards and holding people accountable. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. - Experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript and Typescript (at least 5 years). - RESTful API design and implementation. - OAuth and single sign-on (SAML). - Leaders who ensure execution quality, push teams forward, and keep projects on track. - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Relational and no-SQL databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis etc. - Solid understanding of principles of JavaScript/TypeScript languages. - Ability to freely express/present/discuss ideas in English (B2-C1 level). - Flexibility with working hours to participate in meetings with Eastern USA. • Write modular, reusable, and testable code across frontend and backend systems. • Take ownership of projects drive decisions, deliver results, and ensure code quality. • Develop new features and APIs leveraging existing systems, even without detailed mockups. • Focus on user experience and usability, testing features from the end-user perspective. • Collaborate with QA to ensure robustness and scalability of new releases. • Partner with Product and Design teams to validate feasibility and improve upcoming changes. • Continuously refactor, optimize, and improve code performance. • Support a culture of code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.

• Develop scalable new features and participate in the maintenance of our ecosystem. • Write clean, high-performance code using Node.js, Next.js and React for both Single Page Applications (SPAs) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). • Create and integrate generative AI agents directly into product flows to accelerate automation and improve the student experience. • Design and maintain automation workflows and system integrations using n8n to optimize operational and engineering processes. • Work with relational and non-relational databases, performing query optimizations to ensure high performance. • Consume and integrate third-party APIs and webhooks to expand the services of our educational platform. • Create automated tests to ensure reliability, stability and high code coverage in deliveries. • Support the team in agile rituals (Scrum), assisting with technical refinement of tasks and effort estimates. • Perform collaborative code reviews to help maintain a high technical standard across the team.
