• Develop scalable new features and participate in the maintenance of our ecosystem. • Write clean, high-performance code using Node.js, Next.js and React for both Single Page Applications (SPAs) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). • Create and integrate generative AI agents directly into product flows to accelerate automation and improve the student experience. • Design and maintain automation workflows and system integrations using n8n to optimize operational and engineering processes. • Work with relational and non-relational databases, performing query optimizations to ensure high performance. • Consume and integrate third-party APIs and webhooks to expand the services of our educational platform. • Create automated tests to ensure reliability, stability and high code coverage in deliveries. • Support the team in agile rituals (Scrum), assisting with technical refinement of tasks and effort estimates. • Perform collaborative code reviews to help maintain a high technical standard across the team.

• Lead the product's evolution by connecting business strategy, user needs, and technological execution. • Conduct continuous discovery to identify problems, opportunities, and validate product hypotheses. • Translate business and user needs into clear, prioritized solutions. • Manage and prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment. • Work closely with technology, UX, data, and stakeholders. • Ensure clarity, context, and direction for the development team. • Monitor deliveries and ensure quality, taking ownership of what goes to production. • Define and track product success metrics (engagement, retention, conversion, etc.).

• Review and evaluate essays according to predetermined criteria, providing constructive feedback. • Help students improve their writing skills. • Use an automated grading tool.
