Role Description As an ML Engineer at NineTwoThree AI Studio, you will sit at the intersection of production-grade software engineering, advanced natural language processing, and client delivery. We build custom, high-impact AI systems for brands and startups across diverse industries (such as healthcare, logistics, and fintech). Instead of siloed academic research, this role demands a product-minded builder. You will: - Design, optimize, and deploy robust LLM applications, custom predictive analytics, and agentic workflows directly into our clients' software ecosystems. - Take absolute ownership of features from prototype to production. Technology Stack - Core Frameworks & Arch: Transformer models, modern LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.), Open-Source LLMs. - Orchestration & Agentic Design: Experience designing LLM workflows, agentic systems, or retrieval pipelines using frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent approaches. - Data & Search: Vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant, etc.), SQL, and data engineering pipelines. - Traditional ML: Supervised and Unsupervised learning (Classification, Regression, Anomaly Detection). - Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2) and modern DevOps/retraining pipelines. - Languages: Production-grade Python. Responsibilities - Architect & Build AI Features: Design and implement robust classical ML and generative AI solutions, striking the right balance between autonomous agentic architectures and deterministic pipelines. - Evaluate: Design and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI quality, reliability, safety, and business impact before and after deployment. - Integrate & Deploy: Partner closely with full-stack developers and DevOps to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into client web and mobile applications using serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda) or API endpoints. - Optimize for Production: Refine prompts, system instructions, and chunking strategies to balance accuracy, latency, token consumption, and data privacy. - Traditional Predictive Analytics: Clean and process unstructured or historical client data to train/fine-tune custom algorithms for specific business problems (such as forecasting, classification, or anomaly detection). - Collaborate & Communicate: Actively participate in client discovery sessions, translate ambiguous business requirements into viable technical scopes, and demo prototypes directly to stakeholder teams. - Maintain Engineering Excellence: Engage in constructive code reviews, implement rigorous validation patterns to test AI outputs, and contribute templates or runbooks to our internal AI knowledge base. Requirements - Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience engineering software with a strong focus on machine learning and natural language processing. - LLM & Generative AI Mastery: In-depth understanding of modern LLM architectures, context window mechanics, semantic search techniques, and the limitations of generative systems. - Production experience: Experience building and operating production AI systems, including monitoring, evaluation, debugging, and iterative improvement. - Evaluation experience: Understanding of evaluation methodologies for LLM-based systems, including retrieval quality, hallucination detection, and task-specific performance measurement. - Python & SQL Proficiency: Exceptional Python coding skills and the ability to query, clean, and structure data efficiently. - Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience deploying ML or API services within cloud ecosystems, preferably AWS. - Ownership: Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems from initial discovery through production deployment and ongoing support. Product & Team Capabilities - Ambiguity to Execution: Ability to drop into a completely new industry vertical, understand its data constraints, and spin up a working proof-of-concept within a few weeks. - The "Product Engineer" Mindset: Passion for seeing things ship and understanding why something is being built from a business value standpoint, not just what is being built. - Communication: Fluent written and spoken English. Comfortable interacting with client stakeholders and breaking down technical workflows into clear concepts. - Adaptability: Eagerness to experiment with and evaluate fast-emerging AI development tools, models, and frameworks. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Benefits - Annual paid vacation: 20 days off per year during the first 3 years, increasing to 25 days in later years. - Paid sick leave, 10 national holidays, and 2 company days off. - Well-being budget. - Maternity/paternity leave. - Reimbursement of expenses for professional development courses and certifications (up to 100% in agreement with Manager). - Hardware upon business needs. - Strong positive engineering culture, a tightly-knit team of professionals with a good sense of humor. Full TimeRemoteSeniorTeam 52Since 2012

Role Description We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will create intuitive, user-centered, and efficient-to-build experiences for AI-driven platforms, mobile apps, and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that balance user needs and business goals. You will also get to design for products across all sorts of industries and platforms, making this an exciting place to exercise your design muscles. Most of what we build is internal and enterprise tooling, so we optimize for clarity, speed, and reduced engineering effort, not visual novelty. This role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UI/UX design, an obsession with systematizing and speeding up the whole team's work, and a passion for usable interfaces that engineers can ship quickly. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end design process, for client projects and the NineTwoThree brand, from concept to developer-ready handoff. - Work inside our existing component system (Chakra UI and its Figma UI Kit): reuse and extend it, customizing per client with minimal divergence and minimal engineering rework, instead of reinventing components. - Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma to communicate solutions and test hypotheses. - Conduct competitive analysis and usability testing to validate decisions, favoring familiar, proven patterns over trends. - Treat developer implementation cost as a first-class design constraint: prefer the solution that ships fastest from our component library over the one that looks the most novel. - Innovate in information architecture and layout: decide what to surface, what to hide, and where things live, so the main workspace gets the screen space rather than endless menus, filters, and navigation. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into usable designs, and defend your decisions with user needs and business goals. - Speed up the design process with AI tools, and help raise the team's craft and design culture. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing knowledge of UX principles, user flows, and designing data-dense internal tools, admin panels, dashboards, or B2B/enterprise applications (not only consumer or brand work). - Experience working in structured, fast-paced environments with clear processes, tight deadlines, and asynchronous collaboration across departments, comfortable managing multiple projects at once. - Experience working as part of a multi-designer team, contributing to shared systems and giving/receiving design feedback. - Proven ability to design within an established component library (Chakra UI, MUI, Ant Design, or similar), with a working sense of how design choices translate into front-end (React/Chakra) implementation effort. - Proficiency in Figma, including team libraries, auto layout, component properties, and prototyping. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. - Knowledge and experience with Google Material and Apple Design Guidelines. - Strong fundamentals in layout, grids, information hierarchy, and responsive/interactive design. - Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for remote collaboration. - Experience designing for AI-driven web and mobile applications. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of usability and information hierarchy. Requirements - Proven experience designing complex, data-intensive platforms and interfaces. - Familiarity with React or front-end fundamentals. - Experience shipping internal tools or enterprise software. Benefits - 100% remote job – work from anywhere. - Annual paid vacation – 20 working days per year, increasing to 25 days after three years. - Paid sick leave and holidays. - Flexible working hours. - Well-being budget to support your personal growth. - Maternity/Paternity leave. - Reimbursement of professional development courses/certifications (up to 100% with managerial approval). - Hardware provided based on business needs. - A strong, positive engineering culture with a tightly-knit, collaborative team that values quality and creativity. Hiring Process We value your time and ours and make the process fast and easy. Our interview process takes the following steps: HR interview, test challenge, technical interview with COO/CTO and Head of Product, Offer.

NineTwoThree AI Studio is a premier product design, engineering, and marketing firm specializing in custom AI, web, and mobile applications for established brands and funded startups. We are based in Massachusetts but with an American and European staff and a strong, collaborative remote culture. We’re a team that loves doing good work with great people. Our relatively small size keeps us fast and nimble. The wealth of knowledge, experience and talent paired with proven recipes and best practices allows us to find opportunities to help new products succeed. With a portfolio of over 150 launched products over 13 years, NineTwoThree has garnered recognition as a top AI agency in the U.S., earning accolades such as inclusion in the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years and being named among the top 50 AI firms alongside industry leaders like Microsoft, NVIDIA, and IBM. We’ve built AI and ML tech for big brands like Consumer Reports, FanDuel, and Nara, as well as startups in legal tech, logistics, education, and more.  Job description Building, shipping, and supporting AI-powered tools and automations for 923 AI Automation clients. The role sits at the intersection of product thinking and AI engineering — closer to “product manager who builds confidently with modern AI development tools” than “AI research engineer.” You'll work with tools like Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and AI-augmented low-code platforms to deliver real systems to real clients, end-to-end. You'll probably enjoy this role if you: - Like framing complex, ambiguous problems and working through them to clear solutions - Enjoy ideating, building, and seeing things ship — then explaining clearly how and why they work - Prefer direct interaction with a mentor over distant management - Want autonomy and trust, not oversight for its own sake - Want to understand why you're building something, not just what to build - Are energised by seeing the whole picture — how a project connects to a client's business, a team's operations, and an emerging practice You'll probably find this role frustrating if you: - Prefer to work deep in code with minimal client or stakeholder contact — the role sits in the middle of client delivery, not behind it - Are looking for a role with highly structured processes, detailed specifications, and predictable work — this department is actively shaping its own way of working, and the person in this seat will be part of that shaping
