Internal Fund Administrator

• Play a central role in the oversight, monitoring, and reporting of a fund of funds complex • Serve as the primary point of coordination across third-party fund administrators and auditors • Blend operations, valuation oversight, and investment support critical to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of fund reporting • Ensure fund valuations are accurate and prepared in accordance with valuation policy • Ensure investor reporting is consistent and reliable • Support investment decisions with high-quality data • Act as primary point of contact for external auditors • Coordinate annual audit process across fund entities • Prepare and maintain quarterly shadow valuations for each fund • Independently track and reconcile capital activity, NAV movements, and performance metrics • Prepare quarterly fund monitoring and oversight reports for the Investment Committee • Reconcile data across internal systems, custodians, and underlying fund reports • Enhance internal processes for valuation consistency, reconciliation workflows, and reporting efficiency
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience in:
- private equity / private credit / investment operations
- fund administration
- fund of funds platform preferred
- Understanding of:
- capital call / distribution mechanics
- private equity and alternatives structures
- fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI)
- Experience with:
- shadow accounting / shadow NAVs
- reconciliation processes
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to:

Role Description The Sitetracker Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the Sitetracker platform used by I3 Broadband to manage fiber-to-the-home construction projects.
