Senior General Accountant

Role Description En tant que Comptable Général(e) Senior, vous prenez en charge l'intégralité des opérations comptables des trois entités du groupe (France, US, Canada). Votre travail est le socle sur lequel repose le reporting mensuel aux actionnaires — et votre rigueur au quotidien allège directement la charge de clôture annuelle. Vous n'exécutez pas seulement : vous pilotez, anticipez et contribuez à faire évoluer les processus. Missions principales - Tenir la comptabilité des trois entités sur Xero et orchestrer les clôtures mensuelles, avec une revue analytique rigoureuse avant transmission à la Senior Financial Controller. - Piloter le suivi des encaissements, les rapprochements bancaires et le recouvrement clients, en lien avec les équipes Sales et Support. - Préparer et déposer l'ensemble des déclarations fiscales françaises (TVA, DES, MOSS, CVAE…) et coordonner les obligations fiscales US et Canada avec les cabinets locaux. - Préparer les clôtures annuelles et les dossiers d'audit, et être l'interlocuteur(trice) réactif(ve) des partenaires externes (CAC, experts-comptables, banques). - Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables, notamment via l'intégration d'outils d'IA pour automatiser les tâches à faible valeur ajoutée. Qualifications - Bac+2/3 en comptabilité (DCG, DSCG, BTS ou équivalent) avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires, idéalement en scale-up SaaS ou en cabinet avec exposition internationale. - Anglais courant indispensable — vous échangez régulièrement avec les filiales US et Canada et avec les cabinets d'expertise locaux. - À l'aise avec Excel/Google Sheets et les outils SaaS modernes ; la connaissance de Xero, Spendesk ou Chargebee est un vrai plus. - Autonome et owner de votre périmètre : vous gérez vos priorités, respectez les deadlines et délivrez des données fiables sans qu'on ait besoin de vérifier derrière vous. - Curieux(se) et orienté(e) amélioration continue — vous voyez dans l'IA une opportunité, pas une contrainte.
