Assistant Accountant
Satellite Office
• Prepare fortnightly and monthly payments runs and issuing of invoices to customers • Maintain strong record keeping and reconciliations to support financial integrity • Assist in the preparation of BAS reporting for entities within the 3L Group as directed by the Financial Controller • Assist with the preparation of Cash Flow reporting as directed by the Financial Controller • Complete Bank reconciliations for 3L entities within the specified timeframes • Identify and inform them of supplier payments and customer receivables risks • Establish and maintain professional and strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Collaborate and support the senior management team to ensure business success and operation efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an Assistant Account/Accounts Administration role
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, attention to details
- Excellent business acumen
- Experiences in process and system improvement
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word
- Proficiency with ERP systems, NetSuite, Zone Capture and Property Tree are advantageous
