AI Solutions Architect

• Provide strategic consulting to Product and Business teams, translating requirements and mapping technical and functional challenges • Design system architectures with a focus on scalability and resilience, prioritizing cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP) • Select the most effective technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns for each solution • Ensure architectural alignment with DevOps principles, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and full automation • Maintain and produce comprehensive technical documentation (RFCs, flows, and diagrams) to guide technical development • Lead PoCs and evaluate market innovations to drive continuous evolution of our technology platform • Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation, safeguarding the integrity of the original solution design • Monitor security and performance and apply cost governance (FinOps) across all proposed architectures

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency with public cloud (AWS and/or GCP) and core services (serverless, databases, messaging)
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and RESTful patterns
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and SRE practices, using Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes
  • Clear communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)

Role Description Bridge is hiring a Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and partnerships, owning the technical relationship with our partners end to end. Our partners are telehealth companies building virtual care at scale, and when they have questions, hit integration issues, or need to ship something new, they need a technical expert who can meet them where they are, fast. You are the bridge between our platform and our partners: on calls, in Slack, and in the codebase. The role is equal parts engineering and relationship. You will be the person our partners call, the one running their kick-off, and the one shipping the integration that unblocks them.
