Sales Development Representative

• Meet and exceed revenue targets across mid-market and enterprise organizations throughout EMEA. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound demand, outbound prospecting, partner relationships, and customer referrals. • Own opportunities ranging from fast-moving commercial transactions to complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. • Create an unparalleled customer experience throughout the sales life cycle. • Partner with Customer Success to drive customer expansion, strategic account growth, and long-term customer success. • Partner with the EMEA leadership to establish repeatable processes, local market strategy, and best practices as we scale the region. • Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
• Build Socket’s Technical Partnership & Integration Ecosystem: Identify, prioritize, and manage partnerships with developer and infrastructure platforms. Ensure integrations create meaningful value for shared users and strengthen Socket’s position in the software supply chain. • Own Technical Partnership Lifecycle: Drive all stages of the technical partnership process from discovery and scoping to integration design, joint testing, documentation, and go-to-market enablement. Work closely with Socket’s product and engineering teams to translate partner opportunities into shipped product integrations. • Launch and Maintain Technical Integrations: Define the integration roadmap and work with internal and external engineers to ensure partner integrations are reliable, secure, and developer-friendly. Establish metrics for adoption, performance, and partner-driven usage growth. • Collaborate with Product and GTM Teams: Align partnership priorities with Socket’s product roadmap and revenue strategy. Enable the sales and marketing teams with technical knowledge, documentation, and partner assets that make integrations easy to adopt and position. • Develop Strategic Technology Alliances: Forge long-term relationships with technical and product leaders across the ecosystem. Identify opportunities for co-development, API collaboration, and shared innovation around developer experience and security automation. • Measure and Report Partnership Impact: Track integration adoption, developer engagement, and pipeline influence. Use these insights to inform prioritization, optimize technical outcomes, and guide future partnership investments.
• Lead and coach a team of 7-8 Account Executives • Own team performance, including quota attainment and forecast accuracy • Run a tight weekly rhythm across pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspection • Make sure reps are consistently building pipeline and staying disciplined on outbound • Stay close to deals and help reps improve execution from first conversation to close • Work with Marketing, SEs, and CS to make sure pipeline generation and conversion are strong • Help shape target account focus based on what is actually converting, not just what looks good on paper • Use HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach to keep real visibility into pipeline and rep activity • Coach reps directly and raise the bar on how the team executes day to day
• Own inbound support tickets during APAC hours from first response through resolution, meeting SLA targets independently. • Dig into integration issues across Socket's GitHub App, CLI, API, and CI/CD pipeline checks by reading logs, tracing webhook failures, inspecting JSON payloads, and reproducing edge cases. • When something needs to go to Engineering, send it with everything they need: repro steps, scan output, environment details, and your best hypothesis. • Understand package ecosystems well enough to explain scan results, manifest files, lockfile behaviors, and flagged risks to both developers and security stakeholders. • Build out support resources including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and Zendesk macros for common issues. • Spot patterns in tickets and bring recurring issues and undocumented edge cases back to the Customer Engineering and Product teams. • Keep the broader team in the loop with clear, thorough handoffs.
