Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or solutions engineering roles
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams
  • Strong technical expertise in security, networking, and/or cloud
  • Proven track record of strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Hold advanced Cisco or industry certifications (CCNP/CCIE) with deep expertise in Identity and emerging AI security landscapes
  • Strong technical experience with Identity/IAM and emerging AI security landscapes
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to drive comprehensive technical sales strategies that accelerate growth and deliver measurable business outcomes for our global customers
  • Utilize data-driven insights to translate market trends and complex technical challenges into actionable, high-impact team strategies
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to ensure project alignment and seamless organizational success
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and security value propositions effectively to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Manage complex customer engagements by building strong relationships and delivering consistent, high-value, and customer-centric solutions.
