Objective

Role Description Buscamos um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Soluções focado(a) em Integrações Corporativas, que queiram trabalhar conosco em um ambiente descontraído e dinâmico, com aprendizado contínuo no desenvolvimento de grandes projetos, junto a grandes clientes nacionais e internacionais. Temos escritórios em São Paulo e Chicago (EUA), mas a nossa atuação é remota: por aqui preferimos chamar de anywhere office. - Desenhar e validar arquiteturas de integração de alta criticidade (APIs REST, microsserviços, mensageria, eventos e legados) - Garantir requisitos de segurança, escalabilidade, disponibilidade, performance e observabilidade nos projetos - Apoiar times multidisciplinares (Dev, Sec, Ops, Produto e Negócio) na tomada de decisão arquitetural - Definir padrões, guidelines e manter documentações técnicas de alto nível (diagramas e fluxos) - Propor estratégias de modernização e desacoplamento de sistemas legados - Acompanhar os times técnicos para garantir que a implementação siga a arquitetura definida Qualifications - Experiência sólida como Arquiteto de Soluções/Integrações, Tech Lead ou posição similar em ambientes complexos - Domínio de arquitetura de APIs e segurança (REST, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Gateway) - Vivência com microsserviços e arquitetura orientada a eventos (Event-Driven, Pub/Sub, filas, processamento assíncrono) - Conhecimento em plataformas Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) e bancos de dados (relacionais e NoSQL) - Familiaridade com práticas DevOps (CI/CD, Git, pipelines) e ferramentas de IA para produtividade - Capacidade de leitura de código e forte habilidade de comunicação e visão sistêmica Requirements - Vivência no segmento financeiro, meios de pagamento, adquirência, benefícios ou fintechs - Integração com gateways de pagamento, bandeiras, processadoras, antifraude ou liquidação - Experiência com sistemas críticos, transacionais de alta disponibilidade e ferramentas de observabilidade - Conhecimento em Kubernetes, containers, serverless, iPaaS ou governança de APIs Process Steps - Inscrição - Fit cultural - Entrevista técnica + Live coding - Entrevista com o cliente - Contratação
