• You proactively reach out to potential new clients and, through your professional outbound strategy, make a positive impression on first contact and immediately identify their qualification needs. • You stay engaged throughout the entire sales journey — through regular follow-ups by phone or email you ensure no appointments are overlooked and all inquiries are handled successfully. • You provide strategic consultation to companies on training opportunities and funding options, assist with application submissions, and prepare tailored proposals to enable successful cooperation. • You are motivated to work with our CRM system and continuously improve our sales processes. • You identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and track general trends in adult education.
Job Requirements
- Professional competence and process-oriented thinking gained through commercial training and developed by 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or personnel services — experience in advising on and selling educational offerings is an advantage.
- Communication: You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with others — including by phone.
- Independence: You enjoy working autonomously, can quickly adapt to a new environment, handle a variety of tasks, and maintain an overview.
- People skills: You can empathize with a wide range of life situations and circumstances.
- Motivation: You are motivated by a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities and want to get the most out of your work.
- German: Excellent German skills, strong communication abilities, and an empathetic, respectful manner.
- Technical skills: Confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) and HubSpot.
