• Support student inquiries via WhatsApp, email and the platform; • Manage enrollments and class rosters; • Organize attendance lists and issue certificates, keeping spreadsheets and internal controls up to date; • Assist in organizing schedules for classes and instructors; • Monitor class schedules and assist with direct communication with students; • Support logistics for launching new courses and training events; • Register courses, lessons and materials (videos, PDFs, exercises) in the LMS platform; • Monitor student progress and assist in resolving basic technical issues in the learning environment; • Provide logistical support before and during classes; • Organize access links and teaching materials; • Assist in collecting feedback and performance indicators for cohorts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Management, Technology or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets and presentations) and strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, especially large language models (LLMs);
  • Intermediate English (B1 – B2);
  • Organized, responsible, agile profile with ease handling technology and customer service;
  • Interest in IT; prior experience with LMS platforms; familiarity with tools such as Notion or Trello.

Role Description The Sitetracker Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the Sitetracker platform used by I3 Broadband to manage fiber-to-the-home construction projects. This role ensures Sitetracker functions as a reliable operational tool for tracking project progress, improving visibility, supporting consistent execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making across construction programs. Rather than serving solely as the technical expert for the platform, the Sitetracker Administrator will work proactively with construction stakeholders to maximize the impact of Sitetracker as a tool for delivering consistent results. The role will also coordinate across departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, Network Engineering, and Operations, and will work closely with third-party vendors who interface with Sitetracker to maintain a streamlined reporting environment.
