Associate Sales Engineer – Solutions Center
Zscaler
• Deliver responsive technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal business units by conducting introductory discovery, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs • Support live product demonstrations and dedicated Solution Demo Center environments, collaborating closely with senior Sales Engineers during active co-selling cycles • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot active sandbox or lab environments while creating reusable technical assets and instructional documentation • Drive the execution of partner enablement programs by facilitating formal onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops • Partner with international colleagues across the global Solution Center to provide seamless cross-regional support and map technical architectures to client requirements
Job Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Up to two years of professional exposure within a technical capacity, including engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or introductory infrastructure assignments
- Essential grasp of core internetworking principles and protocols, specifically encompassing TCP/IP suites, DNS configurations, HTTP mechanisms, and secure tunneling technologies
- Possession of an undergraduate degree or a demonstrated equivalent track record of practical hands-on experience
- Availability and willingness to undertake occasional regional travel up to roughly ten percent of the time

Role Description As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and account teams. You will lead discovery, design impactful solutions, and demonstrate how Cellebrite’s platform drives measurable operational outcomes across investigative workflows. This is a remote role based in Sweden, supporting the Nordics region, with travel of approximately 50–70%.
