Role Description As a Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across a variety of ad platforms to exceed client goals and expectations. You will monitor budgets and performance, analyze campaign data, and proactively develop solutions to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend. - Develop, execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), Microsoft, Meta, and other relevant platforms. - Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation to ensure efficient spend and alignment with monthly and quarterly performance goals. - Analyze campaign performance data and proactively implement strategic optimizations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall account performance. - Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. - Conduct competitive and market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic advantages for clients. - Manage a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent performance, timely execution, and a high level of service. - Communicate campaign results, strategic recommendations, and performance insights clearly to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with Client Success, SEO, and other internal teams and stakeholders to support integrated marketing strategies and client objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing. - Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and paid media best practices. - Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications - 2+ years proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, LSA, display, OTT, etc.). - Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization. - Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting. - Proficiency with advanced tracking and attribution models (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.). - Ability to translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams. - Demonstrated ability to stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, automation tools, and emerging ad formats. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Requirements - The total compensation for this salaried nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. - This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. - As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
