Role Description We are looking for a passionate, camera-ready Content Creator to help bring the brand to life on Instagram and TikTok. This is a freelance, hourly role. You will be responsible for creating short-form video content for the brand's Instagram and TikTok channels. - Concepting, filming, and editing short-form Reels and TikToks on an ongoing basis - Appearing on camera as a brand-aligned personality, not just a faceless editor - Staying on top of trends, sounds, and formats across Instagram and TikTok and adapting them for the brand - Collaborating with our team on product launches and seasonal content - Delivering engaging content consistently and on schedule Qualifications - Someone with a genuine passion for health, fitness, and clean living; this should come through clearly in your existing content - An active personal presence on Instagram or TikTok (please share your handles when applying and note that follower count matters less than the quality and consistency of your content) - Comfortable and natural on camera - Skilled at video editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar - Self-directed, reliable, and easy to communicate with remotely (or can work in person in our NYC office) Requirements - Must be based in the US to be considered

Role Description As a Creative Strategist at Reach, you own the creative end-to-end. You'll do the research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build creative briefs that our editors execute, working directly with our brand partners and growth/design teams. Qualifications - You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience - You understand paid media and the types of content that converts - You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life - You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - You're willing to learn and get better even when that means giving and receiving feedback - You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients - You're genuinely passionate about creative strategy and staying on top of what's working -- you do this because you want to, not because you have to Requirements - Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and hook variations, and writing new briefs weekly for the editing team to produce - Owning the creative strategy for your brand partners, including a living strategy doc that tracks angles, performance, and what to test next - Staying current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes, and translating that into testable concepts for your accounts - Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time, with a focus on going deep into their creative and building new winning ads Benefits - Growth: We invest in the people who invest in the work.
