Role Description As the Head of Paid Media, you are the architect of our advanced service offerings. You will lead the strategy and delivery across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and OTT. We are looking for a thought leader who can maintain our dominance in traditional search while aggressively integrating emerging technologies - ensuring RYNO remains the most sophisticated agency in the vertical. You will foster innovation, define best practices, and cultivate a skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Position Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership & Innovation: - Develop and continuously refine the agency’s comprehensive paid media strategy and operating playbook. - Drive strategic testing, platform expansion, and service innovation. - Lead the strategic adoption of AI-driven tools. - Identify and implement emerging technologies that improve campaign performance. - Serve as the agency’s primary thought leader on paid media innovation. - Share strategic insights that elevate internal expertise. - Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: - Design and scale the paid media department structure. - Lead team development through hiring, resource planning, coaching, and mentorship. - Evaluate, procure, and implement tools, systems, and automation. - Oversee scalable processes for campaign management, data collection, and measurement. - Client Growth & Partnership Strategy: - Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts. - Support the sales team by shaping strategy and scoping complex opportunities. - Manage executive relationships with Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Yelp. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, SEO, Web, and Sales teams. - Additional job duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Paid Media marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency environment. - 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels and functions. - Experience in or strong understanding of the home services industry and their unique needs, strongly preferred. - Deep curiosity for emerging digital marketing trends. - Proven track record of driving innovation through strategic testing and continuous performance optimization. - Strong ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations. - Advanced expertise across major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of how generative AI and LLMs are transforming digital marketing. Summary of Position As a Paid Media Analyst, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we are exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. You will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be detail-oriented and data-driven. Position Responsibilities - Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals - Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery. - Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance - Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders - Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it’s happening and what we’re doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders - Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through paid media campaigns - Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance - Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools - Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new account and/or new campaign launches - Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests - Other duties as assigned by management
