Global Process Expert Lead-to-Cash

Role Description As a Global Process Expert, you will drive excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the Lead-to-Cash process globally. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing end-to-end processes from lead generation through order fulfillment and invoicing. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to implement new tools, automate processes, and leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. You will define and maintain global policies, act on audit findings, and drive change from existing to new ways of working. Additionally, you will lead improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities, monitor process performance through key metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration across the organization. Lastly, you will support the Global Process Owner in continuously enhancing process strategy and performance targets, assist project teams in transitioning activities to shared service centers in line with global models, and conduct workforce analysis including full-time equivalent sizing and gap identification. Travel in this position would be expected once per quarter. Your Tasks - Designing and implementing an optimized operating model - Identifying and analysing stakeholder requirements from both business and Shared Service Centre side - Analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and standardization - Developing, documenting, implementing and improving processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change management) - Defining E2E process KPI and process adoption metrics - Supporting the rollout of new business applications and process management tools Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or any other field of similar relevance - Several years of international expertise in global companies, related to E2E L2C processes and operations - In-depth knowledge of end-to-end AR processes, best practices and improvement enablers in Quote to Order processes - Experience with shared service model and transformation - Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) - Experience with process model/data mining tool SAP Signavio, ERP: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 and CRM tool like MS Dynamic or other - Understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI applications in business environments - Languages: English – fluent Nice to Have - Experience with any CPQ tool and SAP S/4 roll out or other AR software’s implementation is beneficial Benefits - Competitive salary package that reflects your qualifications and experience and aligns with current market values - Flexible, trust-based working hours - Possibility of 100% remote work - RHIM Academy for your ongoing learning & development, including full LinkedIn Learning catalogue - In addition to local benefits for Poland, many global benefits are also offered Company Description As the global leader in refractories, we supply advanced products, technologies and services essential for high-temperature industrial processes in sectors such as steel, cement, and glass.
